This video was also pretty cool. I'm starting to think Lebron is a genius. All the speed and power he puts into his dunks is just phenomenal. I knew Lebron was strong and fast, but I didn't know he was that fast. I mean 700 pounds of force and a 43 inch jump is amazing. I can jump about 1 foot up into the air so I probably have a LOT less force than Lebron. (My force is probably in the low 200s or the high 100s) I like how they referred his arm motions to as fast as a helicopter blade; but he can't do that as many times as the helicopter, he only does it when he is dunking. I like how Sports Science said DaVinci was wrong about some men (like Lebron)(and it's true). Some science words that were a little confusing (like "centripetal force) confused me because they didn't explain it. But now I know it centripetal means "moving or tending to move towards a center" from looking it up. There were some basketball terms that I knew but some other people may not know (like tamohawk). And that is a type of dunk.
I like how it explains about the velocity and force of his dunk and lift off and how the high angular centripetal force generates an incredible amount of power

This makes me appreciate basketball and Lebron a lot more.

It's amazing how much power is packed into a single slam dunk
