When you are watching the game, it's pretty awesome, but when you dwell on the science part, it seems even more amazing that he can make such a block in such a little window of time.

When you see this on tv, it looks cool, but when you see what he is REALLY doing, it's absolutely the coolest thing I have ever seen. It's really interesting to think about the science behind it and where its really coming from!!!!!

I can't believe that all that comes into factor when Lebron is chasing after the ball to block the shot. I see Lebron's blocks all the time on Sports Center but I never knew the statistics were that intriguing. I agree with Brandon Fong, what I think is most amazing is his timing. .324 (not sure if real time) of a second doesn't give you much time to do things. I personally don't think Lebron actually thinks about all this when he is trying to block someone from behind. In games he uses his quick speed to catch up the the person shooting, and then he uses his pure skill for the timing. Sometimes Lebron is called for goaltending or he misses the block because he can't get this amazing timing every single time he tries it. I still think this is pretty amazing. I love sports science videos, they are really cool (I have seen a lot of them and this is probably the best).

I agree with Brandon. In the actual game you just think that Lebron is beast, but when you see the science behind it, you finally start to respect how hard it really is for Lebron to make that rundown block.
