It is pretty impressive that the robot can solve the cube so fast. If you look closely on the 2.01 and the 4.04 solves though, you can see that the cube isn't really solved well. I love how at the end of the Sudoku-solving robot video, the robot (or is it a human?) says GAME OVER. Ha!
When I first saw these robots, I was shocked... I couldn't believe how some LEGO® pieces I have in my room can make these hexagon-shaped rubiks cube puzzle! The rubiks cube solver also has A LOT of professional and advanced programming. (And costs a lot of money from those rare LEGO® pieces!! : )
Brandon F, this isn't really a post, but the sensors aren't made out of legos, but technically, they ARE Lego® sensors, because the lego company made them.
I can't believe technology is that advanced. The robot was so fast. It seems impossible that the robot did the cube in 2 seconds. I also thought the guy doing the cube was pretty cool too, because it was a human, not a robot. The Sodoku solving robot was also pretty cool. This article did not explain anything about the robots or anything about science. It wasn't very scientific. It had cool videos but wasn't very educational.
its impressive how a robot can be designed to an extent of intelligence and how we have the technology to advance modern day society from are era which is considered brilliant for some of its technology

Well, the sensor isn't made of Legos.

I thought this was so strange! The thought that a robot could solve a rubex cube in such a small amount of time is really cool!
